Terms & conditions
- A Subscription comprises an Annual Fee and a Monthly User Fee.
- The Annual Fee covers initial setup, ongoing basic admin support and secure cloud data hosting, and is not refundable.
- The Annual Fee will be charged to your payment card when you sign up.
- The Monthly User Fee will be debited in the first week of each calendar month. This is a recurring card payment.
- Monthly User Fees are calculated and charged per calendar month or part thereof.
- Users are unique accountholders and login/passwords cannot be shared by multiple users.
- Your company Admin accountholder can add new users at any time (self-service) or apply to remove users (spark-e site admin approval required).
- You can opt to pay Monthly User Fees annually upfront (not refundable) for a 5% discount.
- Payment must be made by valid credit or debit card.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe; spark-e does not store or share any of your card information.
- All prices include VAT.
- You can cancel your Subscription at any time by emailing info@spark-e.co.za. Your Subscription will cease at the end of the calendar month in which your email was received and acknowledged.
